Dysmen

Dysmen is a combination medicine containing Dicyclomine (an anticholinergic/antispasmodic) and Paracetamol (an analgesic). It works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the stomach, gut, and uterus, while reducing the production of pain-causing chemical messengers.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults, the typical dosage is 1 tablet taken 2 to 3 times daily, or as prescribed by a physician. It is recommended to take the tablet with food to minimize gastric irritation.
