Cyclopam

Cyclopam is a combination medication containing Dicyclomine (an antispasmodic) and Paracetamol (an analgesic). Dicyclomine works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the stomach and intestines, relieving spasms and cramps. Paracetamol blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
