Dolospas Plus

Dolospas Plus is a combination medication containing Dicyclomine and Paracetamol. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic (anticholinergic) agent that helps relax the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract, reducing spasms and cramps. Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic, blocking pain-inducing chemical messengers and reducing fever.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults, the usual dosage is 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician. It should be taken with or after food to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort. Do not exceed the prescribed dose, as excessive Paracetamol intake can lead to severe liver damage.
