Crotamiton

Crotamiton is a topical scabicidal and antipruritic agent. It is used to eradicate scabies (Sarcoptes scabiei) and to provide symptomatic relief from itchy skin dermatoses. It works by exerting toxic effects on the scabies mites and reducing the sensation of itching.
