Carloc

Carloc contains Carvedilol, which is a non-selective beta-blocker and alpha-1 blocker. It works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate, which improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and reduces the workload on the heart.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take with food to slow the rate of absorption and minimize the risk of orthostatic hypotension (dizziness upon standing). Dosage must be highly individualized and titrated slowly under a physician's supervision. Do not discontinue abruptly.
