Boziat

Boziat contains Bosentan, a dual endothelin receptor antagonist. It blocks the binding of endothelin-1 to ET-A and ET-B receptors, reducing pulmonary vascular resistance. It is highly restricted due to risks of hepatotoxicity and teratogenicity.
