Asilone
Asilone is an over-the-counter antacid and antiflatulent medicine. It combines antacids (aluminium hydroxide and magnesium oxide) to neutralize stomach acid with simeticone, which helps disperse trapped wind and reduce bloating.
Dosage by Body Weight
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls (5ml to 10ml) after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day. Shake well before use. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age unless prescribed by a doctor.
