Alex

Alex is a combination cough preparation containing an antitussive (Dextromethorphan), an antihistamine (Chlorpheniramine), and a decongestant (Phenylephrine). It acts on the cough center in the brain to suppress cough, blocks histamine to relieve allergy symptoms, and constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce congestion.
