Desonide

Desonide is a low-potency (Group VI) synthetic topical corticosteroid. It acts as an anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive agent, reducing redness, swelling, and itching associated with various skin conditions.

Dosage by Body Weight

Apply a thin film to the affected skin area 2 to 3 times daily depending on the severity of the condition, or as directed by a physician. Rub in gently. Avoid using for longer than 2 weeks consecutively without medical re-evaluation.
