Vicks VapoRub

Vicks VapoRub is a topical ointment that uses medicated vapors of camphor, menthol, and eucalyptus oil to suppress coughs and relieve minor muscle aches. It is applied externally to the chest and throat.

Dosage by Body Weight

Apply a thick layer on the chest and throat for cough relief, or directly to sore muscles. Keep clothing loose around the throat and chest to allow vapors to reach the nose and mouth. Do not ingest, use in nostrils, on wounds, or with tight bandages.
