Uniwarfin

Uniwarfin is an oral anticoagulant medication containing Warfarin Sodium. It works by interfering with the synthesis of Vitamin K-dependent clotting factors in the liver. It has a narrow therapeutic index and requires regular blood tests (PT/INR monitoring) to maintain safe and effective dosing.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage must be strictly individualized and adjusted according to the patient's International Normalized Ratio (INR) response. Commonly started at 2 mg to 5 mg orally once daily. Take at the same time every day. Maintain a consistent diet regarding Vitamin K-rich foods.
