Ultravate

Ultravate (halobetasol propionate) is a synthetic, super-high potency topical corticosteroid. It exhibits anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties, helping to manage severe skin conditions but requiring careful application to avoid systemic absorption and skin thinning.

Dosage by Body Weight

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area once or twice daily. Gently rub in. Limit treatment to 2 consecutive weeks and a maximum dose of 50 g per week. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
