Trusopt
Trusopt is a sterile ophthalmic solution containing dorzolamide hydrochloride, a highly specific carbonic anhydrase II inhibitor. It works by reducing the secretion of aqueous humor, thereby lowering intraocular pressure.
Dosage by Body Weight
The standard dose is one drop of Trusopt in the affected eye(s) three times daily. If using other eye drops, apply them at least 10 minutes apart.
