Symax

Symax is an anticholinergic and antispasmodic medication. It works by decreasing the motion of the stomach and intestines and the secretion of digestive fluids, thereby relieving cramping and spasms.

Dosage by Body Weight

Adults: 0.125 mg to 0.25 mg orally or sublingually every 4 hours or as needed, up to a maximum of 1.5 mg per day. Pediatric dosage is weight-based and should be administered strictly under medical supervision, typically using oral drops (0.125 mg/mL).
