Sulfur

Sulfur is a topical keratolytic and antiseptic agent. It aids in the shedding of dead skin cells, helps unclog pores, and has mild antifungal and antibacterial properties. It is widely used in over-the-counter acne treatments and prescription scabicides.

Dosage by Body Weight

Cleanse the skin thoroughly before applying. Apply a thin layer to the affected area 1 to 3 times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
