Soda Mint

Soda Mint is an over-the-counter antacid formulation containing sodium bicarbonate and peppermint oil. Sodium bicarbonate acts rapidly to neutralize excess stomach acid, providing quick relief from heartburn and sour stomach. Peppermint oil is added for its carminative properties, which can help soothe the stomach and relieve minor gas symptoms. Due to its high sodium content, it should be used with caution in individuals on sodium-restricted diets.
