Sandimmune

Sandimmune is an immunosuppressant medicine containing cyclosporine (non-modified). It is a calcineurin inhibitor used primarily to prevent the body from rejecting a newly transplanted kidney, liver, or heart. Because of differences in bioavailability, Sandimmune is not bioequivalent to and cannot be used interchangeably with Neoral or Gengraf without medical supervision.
