Salamol

Salamol is a fast-acting bronchodilator (beta-2 agonist) containing salbutamol. It works by relaxing the muscles in the walls of the small airways in the lungs, helping to open up the airways and make breathing easier during asthma attacks, wheezing, or shortness of breath.

Dosage by Body Weight

For relief of acute asthma symptoms, the standard dose for adults and children is 1 to 2 inhalations (100 to 200 micrograms) as needed. For prevention of allergen- or exercise-induced bronchospasm, take 2 inhalations 10-15 minutes beforehand. Do not exceed 8 inhalations in 24 hours.
