Sabril

Sabril (vigabatrin) is an antiepileptic medication that works by irreversibly inhibiting the enzyme GABA transaminase, which increases GABA levels in the brain. It carries a boxed warning due to the risk of permanent vision loss (bilateral concentric visual field constriction) and is only accessible through a restricted REMS program.
