Recticare

Recticare is an over-the-counter topical local anesthetic containing a high concentration of lidocaine (5%). It works by temporarily blocking nerve pathways to rapidly relieve local pain, itching, burning, and soreness caused by hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or other minor anorectal irritations.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults and children 12 years of age and older: Cleanse the affected area gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Apply a small amount of cream externally to the affected area up to 6 times daily. For children under 12 years of age, consult a physician before use.
