PEG 3350 works by holding water in the stool to soften it and increase the frequency of bowel movements. It is considered a gold standard for pediatric constipation management.

Dosage by Body Weight

Initial dose is typically 0.2 g/kg to 0.8 g/kg per day. Mix with 60-120ml of water or juice per half-scoop.
