Patracet

Patracet is a prescription combination medication containing Tramadol (an opioid analgesic) and Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic). It works synergistically to relieve moderate to severe pain. Tramadol acts on the central nervous system to alter pain perception, while Paracetamol works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain and fever.
