Onfi

Onfi (clobazam) is an antiepileptic drug belonging to the benzodiazepine class. It is primarily used as an add-on therapy for managing seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage is highly individualized and determined by body weight (under or over 30 kg). It is initiated at a low dose and slowly titrated upward. It should not be discontinued abruptly to avoid withdrawal symptoms.
