Nexcare ColdHot

Nexcare ColdHot packs are reusable gel-filled compresses used for physical therapy. Cold therapy helps reduce swelling, inflammation, and pain from bruises, sprains, and acute injuries. Hot therapy helps relieve muscle tension, stiffness, and chronic aches by improving local blood circulation.
