Mitigo

Mitigo (morphine sulfate injection) is a preservative-free opioid agonist indicated for the management of severe, intractable chronic pain. It is administered via an implantable infusion pump directly into the epidural or intrathecal space.

Dosage by Body Weight

Administered only epidurally or intrathecally. Dosage must be highly individualized. Starting doses depend on prior daily opioid exposure. Must be administered under the supervision of a qualified physician experienced in intrathecal/epidural administration.
