Lopex
Lopex contains Loperamide, an antidiarrheal medication that slows down gut motility, allowing the bowels to absorb more water and nutrients, thereby reducing the frequency and liquidity of stools.
Dosage by Body Weight
Adults: 4 mg initially, followed by 2 mg after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 16 mg per day. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
