Latanoprost

Latanoprost is a prostaglandin F2-alpha analogue. It works by increasing the natural outflow of aqueous humor (fluid) from the eye, thereby lowering intraocular pressure and reducing the risk of optic nerve damage in glaucoma patients.

Dosage by Body Weight

The standard dose is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening. Do not exceed once-daily dosing, as more frequent administration may decrease the pressure-lowering effect.
