Larimal
Larimal is a prescription artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT) containing artemether and lumefantrine. It is used to treat acute, uncomplicated malaria infections caused by Plasmodium falciparum, including multi-drug resistant strains. The two active ingredients work synergistically to rapidly clear malaria parasites from the bloodstream.

The first dose is taken immediately upon diagnosis, the second dose 8 hours later, and the remaining 4 doses are taken twice daily (morning and evening) for the next 2 days.
