Kestine

Kestine is a second-generation, non-sedating antihistamine containing Ebastine. It works by selectively blocking peripheral H1 histamine receptors, effectively reducing allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes, and hives without causing significant drowsiness.

Dosage by Body Weight

For adults and children over 12 years, the standard dose is 10 mg to 20 mg once daily. For children aged 6 to 11 years, the dose is 5 mg once daily. For children aged 2 to 5 years, the dose is 2.5 mg once daily. It can be taken with or without food. Dosage by body weight is approximate and should be guided by a physician.
