Ipneb

Ipneb contains Ipratropium Bromide, an anticholinergic (parasympatholytic) bronchodilator. It works by blocking muscarinic cholinergic receptors in the smooth muscles of the lungs, preventing acetylcholine-induced bronchoconstriction. This results in dilation of the airways, making breathing easier for patients suffering from obstructive airway diseases.

Dosage by Body Weight

For inhalation use only via a suitable nebulizer. Do not inject or swallow. The standard adult dose is 250 mcg to 500 mcg (1 to 2 ml) administered 3 to 4 times daily. For pediatric patients, the dosage must be carefully determined by a pediatrician based on age, severity of symptoms, and clinical response.
