Hepbest

Hepbest (Tenofovir Alafenamide 25mg) is a hepatitis B virus (HBV) nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor. It helps control the infection by reducing the amount of hepatitis B virus in your body, leading to decreased liver damage and improved liver function. It is a prodrug of tenofovir designed to deliver the active drug to hepatocytes more efficiently than Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (TDF), thereby reducing systemic exposure and associated bone and renal toxicities.

Dosage by Body Weight

The standard dose for adults and pediatric patients (12 years of age and older, weighing at least 35 kg) is one 25 mg tablet taken orally once daily with food. Consult a healthcare provider for precise administration instructions.
