Granisetron

A selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist. It works by blocking serotonin, a natural substance that causes vomiting.

Dosage by Body Weight

Pediatric dose: 10 mcg/kg to 20 mcg/kg per dose. Usually given 1 hour before chemotherapy starts.
