Exazel N Gel
Exazel N Gel is a dermatological combination containing Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide (Vitamin B3). Azelaic acid is a naturally occurring dicarboxylic acid that exhibits antimicrobial activity against Cutibacterium acnes and decreases keratin synthesis. Niacinamide provides anti-inflammatory effects, reduces sebum secretion, and helps repair the skin barrier, collectively aiding in the clearance of acne and lightening of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
