Envarsus XR

Envarsus XR is an extended-release once-daily tablet formulation of tacrolimus. It is a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant designed to prevent the recipient's immune system from rejecting a newly transplanted kidney.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take once daily on an empty stomach at the same time each day, preferably in the morning. Swallow tablets whole; do not chew, divide, or crush them. Dosage must be closely monitored and individualized based on blood trough levels.
