Earplugs

Earplugs are physical protective devices designed to be inserted into or placed over the entrance of the ear canal. They attenuate sound levels (measured in Noise Reduction Rating or NRR) to prevent noise-induced hearing loss and seal the canal to block liquids, dust, or foreign objects.

Dosage by Body Weight

For foam plugs: Roll into a tight cylinder, insert gently into the ear canal, and hold until expanded. For silicone/wax: Mold into a ball and flatten over the clean, dry ear opening (do not insert deep into the canal). Clean reusable models regularly and discard disposable types after use.
