Dulodol
Dulodol is a combination analgesic consisting of Tramadol Hydrochloride (an opioid pain reliever) and Paracetamol (acetaminophen, a non-opioid pain reliever and antipyretic). It is prescribed for the management of moderate to severe pain where a combination of rapid-acting paracetamol and sustained-action tramadol is clinically required.
Dosage by Body Weight
For adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older, the recommended starting dose is 2 tablets. Additional doses can be taken as needed, with a minimum interval of 6 hours between doses. Do not exceed a maximum of 8 tablets per day. This medicine must be taken under strict medical supervision.
