Dilox

Dilox contains Diloxanide Furoate, an effective luminal amebicide. It acts primarily in the bowel lumen to eliminate protozoa, specifically Entamoeba histolytica. It is commonly used as a primary treatment for asymptomatic cyst passers or as a sequential treatment following tissue amebicides like metronidazole to ensure complete eradication of the parasite.
