Cypot 3 Syrup

Cypot 3 Syrup is a combination medicine containing Cyproheptadine, Tricholine Citrate, and Sorbitol. Cyproheptadine is an appetite stimulant that works by reducing the effect of serotonin (a chemical messenger) in the hypothalamus, which regulates appetite. Tricholine citrate is a bile acid binding agent that helps lower cholesterol and supports liver function, while Sorbitol acts as a syrup base and a mild laxative to prevent constipation.

Dosage by Body Weight

Take Cypot 3 Syrup on an empty stomach, preferably 15 to 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Shake the bottle well before use. Do not self-medicate, especially in pediatric patients, as the active ingredient cyproheptadine can cause significant drowsiness.
