Clotrimazole Troches

Clotrimazole troches are antifungal lozenges designed to dissolve slowly in the mouth to treat or prevent local fungal infections (oral thrush) caused by Candida albicans.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dissolve one 10 mg troche slowly in the mouth 5 times daily for 14 consecutive days. For prevention, use 1 troche 3 times daily. Must be dissolved slowly; do not chew or swallow whole. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to choking risk.
