A COX-2 selective NSAID. It reduces pain and inflammation with a lower risk of stomach ulcers compared to traditional NSAIDs.

Dosage by Body Weight

For JRA: 50 mg twice daily (10-25 kg) or 100 mg twice daily (>25 kg). Capsules can be opened and mixed with applesauce.
