Atropine (Ophthalmic)
Blocks the action of the muscles that constrict the pupil. It is also used in low concentrations (0.01%) to slow the progression of myopia (nearsightedness).

For exams: 1 drop 1 hour before. For myopia: 1 drop at bedtime daily.
