Aspadol

Aspadol is an opioid pain medication containing Tapentadol. It works in the central nervous system by acting as a mu-opioid receptor agonist and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor to provide dual-action relief for acute moderate to severe pain.

Dosage by Body Weight

Adults: Usually 50 mg to 100 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed for pain. On the first day of treatment, an additional dose may be taken as early as 1 hour after the first dose if pain relief is not achieved. Maximum daily dose is 700 mg on the first day and 600 mg on subsequent days.
