Algopedol

Algopedol is a brand of pediatric paracetamol oral solution (typically 40 mg/mL). It is used as an analgesic to relieve mild to moderate pain (such as teething, headache, or immunisation pain) and as an antipyretic to reduce fever in infants and children.

Dosage by Body Weight

Dosage is based on body weight. The standard single dose of paracetamol is 10 to 15 mg/kg, up to a maximum daily dose of 60 mg/kg/day. Administer every 4 to 6 hours as needed, up to 4 times in 24 hours.
