Alex LS
Alex LS is a combination medicine containing Levosalbutamol (a bronchodilator), Ambroxol (a mucolytic agent), and Guaiphenesin (an expectorant). Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles in the airways and widens them. Ambroxol thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out. Guaiphenesin decreases the stickiness of airway secretions and helps in their removal.
