Actipal

Actipal is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic and antipyretic medication. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system to alleviate pain and regulate body temperature.

Dosage by Body Weight

The recommended dose of paracetamol for children is 10 to 15 mg per kilogram of body weight per dose, administered every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses (or 60 mg/kg) in any 24-hour period.
