1 Al Syrup

1 Al Syrup is an antiallergic medication containing Levocetirizine, a second-generation antihistamine. It acts by selectively inhibiting histamine H1 receptors, thereby preventing the classic symptoms of allergic reactions such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes without causing severe drowsiness in most patients.
